Oriental brioche buns
Ingredients to add
FOR 1 KG OF ZAKIA PRO ORIENTAL BRIOCHE MIX
- 440 g lukewarm water
- 60 g butter
Pour the lukewarm water and melted butter over the ready mix.
Knead at medium speed for 8 minutes until the dough is smooth and even.
Cover and leave to stand for 15 minutes in an oven.
Divide the dough into balls of about 60 g and spread them out so that they are 1 cm thick
Place on a baking sheet and leave to stand for 30 minutes.
Preheat your oven to 200 °C and brush your brioche buns with a beaten egg.
Bake for about 15 minutes until golden brown.
Garnish with sesame seeds or sugar pearls.
